What the WhatsApp Request Does: A Draft, Not a Booking

The WhatsApp request takes the fields you typed, writes them as one message, and opens WhatsApp with that draft ready to send. Sending it asks for a car. Whether a car is available is decided later, by a reply.

What the draft looks like

• Pickup: Queen Alia International Airport
• Destination: Hotel name, street and area
• Date and time of the ride
• Passengers, luggage and the flight number
• Any notes you wrote

You can edit the draft before you send it. Fixing a wrong date in the draft costs nothing; fixing it after sending needs a new reply.

What happens when you send it

Your message reaches a person who reads the details and replies. Nothing is reserved at that moment. The reply may confirm, ask a question or suggest a change, and each of those moves the request on.

Why the form says it does not reserve a car

A car is promised only after someone has matched it against your flight. Saying so near the form avoids the mistake of treating a sent message as a finished booking. Read when a Queen Alia transfer is confirmed for the line between the two.

Check what the form cannot check

The form cannot know your ticket. It cannot tell whether the date is the landing date or whether the flight number is right, so read the draft once with the ticket beside you. If you pasted text from a booking, look for stray characters before you press send.

Where to go next

For the fields, see notes on a Queen Alia transfer and passengers and luggage. The overall steps are in how booking works.
