A stop is a pause inside one ride, and it goes in the notes. A destination is where the ride ends for you. If you get out of the car for the last time at a place, that place is a destination, and a second one means a second request.

A test you can apply
Ask yourself where the bags come out of the boot. If they come out at the stop, it is a destination. If the car waits and the bags stay inside, it is a stop. The test works for hotels, for meals and for sights.

Write the length with the stop: thirty minutes at a viewpoint can be agreed; an afternoon is another matter, and the reply says what is possible. Tell the reply the place and the time so that nothing about the stop is left to be settled at the roadside.
