Write Queen Alia as the Pickup: What Goes in the Field

For an arrival, write Queen Alia International Airport in the pickup field and your hotel or address in the destination field. The airport appears once; the destination is where you are going, never a second copy of the airport.

When the airport is the destination

On the day you leave, the two fields swap: the pickup is your hotel and the destination is the airport. A request that has the airport in both fields confuses the reply, which cannot tell which direction the ride runs. Read the two fields as a sentence: from here to there.

Do you need the terminal?

The name of the airport is enough. The reply names the meeting point inside the arrivals area, so you do not need to guess a terminal or a gate. If your airline told you a terminal, mention it in the notes.

Pick the field by where the car collects you

If you booked a hotel near the airport and will reach it by walking or by its own shuttle, the airport is not the pickup for that ride. Choose the field by the place where the car collects you, not by where you will end up. For most arrivals that place is the airport, and the destination is the address.
