A Wadi Musa Hotel or the Petra Visitor Centre as the Drop-off

A hotel in Wadi Musa and the Petra Visitor Centre are different places to be dropped. Choose by where you will sleep: a hotel if you stay in town, the visitor centre if the visit is a day trip. The drive from Queen Alia is about 2.5 to 3.5 hours either way.

Staying the night

If your hotel is in Wadi Musa, write its name and address as the destination. The bags go to the room, and you walk or ride to the entrance in the morning. Tell the hotel the time you expect to arrive so that dinner and the desk are ready.

A day trip

For a day trip, the visitor centre is where the visit begins. Decide what happens to your bags during the visit and where the return ride will start. A drop at the centre also needs a pickup there for the evening.
